Archiving Policy
Journal of Business, Accounting and Information Technology (JBAIT) is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation and accessibility of its published content. To guarantee the permanent availability of scholarly records, the journal implements the following archiving policy:
- Digital Archiving System
JBAIT utilizes the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform, which supports content preservation and systematic archiving of all published articles, including metadata, full-text files, and supplementary materials. - LOCKSS / PKP PN
The journal participates in digital preservation programs such as LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) and/or PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN) to ensure that journal content is securely archived and can be restored in the event of data loss or system failure. - Institutional Repository
Published articles may also be stored in the institutional repository of the publisher or affiliated institutions to enhance redundancy and long-term access. - Author Self-Archiving
Authors are permitted to deposit the published version of their articles in personal websites, institutional repositories, or non-commercial academic platforms, provided that proper citation and a link to the original publication in JBAIT are included, in accordance with the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial (CC BY-NC) license. - Content Permanence
Once published, articles will not be removed from the journal archive. Retractions, corrections, or updates will be handled in accordance with established editorial and publication ethics, with transparent notices linked to the original articles.
